Whenever I think it is too cold to have smoothie in a morning, I make either oatmeal bowl or a slice of toast for breakfast. This rose looking apples were so delicious and I am pretty sure that I'll fry apples in same way someday soon.
ingredients (2 servings)
- fuji apple 1/2 medium
- coconut oil 2 tsp
- cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar 1tbsp
- oat meal 1 cup
- peanut butter 2tbsp
- water 2 cups
- blueberries for topping
- your choice of seeds, nuts, dried fruits for topping
- slice apple thinly
- heat up the pan and add coconut oil
- fry apple and add sugar and cinnamon
- make oat meal in a pot
- taste with brown sugar and peanut butter
- serve in your bowl

- シナモン 小さじ半分
- ブラウンシュガー 大さじ１
- オートミール １カップ
- ピーナツバター 大さじ２
- 水 2カップ
- ブルーベリー
- ナッツ、種類、ドライフルーツ 飾り用
- りんごを薄く切り、ココナッツオイルで軽く炒める
- ブラウンシュガーとシナモンで味付けする
- オートミールを鍋で水と混ぜ火にかける
- 柔らかくなってきたらブラウンシュガーとピーナッツバターで味付けをし
- 器に盛りつける
