I am big fan of avocado. It is getting cheaper recently and I thought I should make avocado smoothie.
ingredients
- avocado 1/2 each
- frozen spinach 1/2 cup
- banana 1 medium
- chia seeds 1 1/2tbsp
- oat milk 1 1/2 cup
- toppings
- soak the chia seeds in 1/2 cup of oat milk for about 15 minutes
- blend avocado, banana, oat milk, spinach until smooth
- add the soaked chia seeds in a blender and mix a little bit
- serve in you cup

- 冷凍ほうれん草 2分の1カップ
- バナナ 一本
- チアシード 大さじ1.5杯
- オーツミルク 1.5カップ
- トッピング お好みで
- チアシードを2分の1カップのオーツミルクの中に浸しておく
- 他の材料をミキサーにかける
- チアシードも入れて少しだけミキサーにかける
- コップに注いで出来上がり
